We have a great group of clients and provide a fun, friendly and family orientated enviroment for you to come and get your groove on and loose weight and tone up at the same time.

Our lights out and Disco lights on effect makes you feel like you are out at a club and dancing your butts off, so therfore you don't even realize you are exercising!!

It also makes it less intimidating to those who are a little self conscious, as most of us are. :)

FIRST class with us is only $5! (Carrum Downs only)

All classes are $10 per class or purchase a punch card for additional savings!

5 class punch card for $45
10 class punch card for $80

Receive a loyalty card and you will get every 10th class for FREE! (Carrum Downs only)
